Where do orders ship from?
I'm located in Portland, OR, USA.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, I only ship a limited selection of items internationally. If you're interested in these items, please visit my Etsy shop instead of my personal website.
What shipping service do you use?
I use USPS for all orders. Depending on the item, I use either Parcel Ground Select (2-8 day shipping) or Priority Mail Cubic (1-3 day shipping) for candles, First-Class Package (2-5 day shipping) for small items like buttons and pins, and First-Class Mail (1-5 day shipping) for stickers.
Will my order come with tracking?
All orders are shipped with tracking, but please note that orders containing only stickers will be shipped in a stamped envelope without tracking. If you prefer to have tracking for your stickers, please message me and I can create a custom listing that includes an additional fee to cover the cost of tracking.
Tracking is automatically sent via email once your order has dispatched.
What is your return/refund policy
As a small business, I'm unable to accept returns, but I do my best to accommodate any issues with your order. If you have any concerns, please reach out to me through my contact page, and I'll do my best to help.
How long will my order take to ship?
Dispatch times vary depending on the item, but I usually drop off orders twice a week at the post office. Small items like lanyards and stickers typically take 1-4 days (starting the day after you place your order), while candles are made to order and take around 3-7 days to dispatch. Please note that holidays and busy seasons may affect my dispatch times.

I input the wrong address! How do I fix it?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, please contact me as soon as possible so I can update your shipping information. If your order has already been shipped, please let me know, and I'll do my best to help you based on the circumstances.
